Business Plan Writing
Have you started a new business lately or are you thinking about it? One of the first things you should do, after registering your business with the state, is prepare a written business plan. This 20+ page document should be used as a working description of your business and not just a pile of papers gathering dust on a shelf. It should detail your plans for all business areas including marketing, sales, personnel, product, funding and financial planning. In addition to giving direction to your business it will probably be used to help obtain funding, as banks and/or investors always want to see your business plan before they will give you any money.
